Lansdowne Yonkers Football Club are proud to announce the launching of the new Lansdowne Yonkers Academy. In this enhanced setup, players who are selected after a tryout will have access to higher level coaching, facilities, and guidance that will better prepare them for a college soccer career and opportunities beyond. Players will have year-round access to elite training, and multiple facilities. The coaches involved will all be licensed and have years of coaching experience. With a new collaboration with Manhattanville University, players will receive guidance in building their resumes, and soccer playing portfolios for a promising career beyond their graduation from the Academy. All teams in the academy will enter 3 major tournaments and cups, on top of their regular seasons in the WYSL and EDP. All coaches will review their progress using the latest in video recording and performance analysis software.
